A: This may take anywhere between several seconds up to several minutes. Please drop us a message through the contact form, providing us the name on the ticket, and when and how you paid for it.

Q: I have canceled my payment, and now I seem unable to complete the payment.
A: You can prompt a new payment, as soon as the previous one has timed out. This may take up to one hour, after that you can try again.
